Professional Career

Julie King serves as Senior Paralegal for Bamboo Equity Partners. In this position, she provides specialized legal support to the General Counsel and works with outside counsel on acquisitions and dispositions. She also offers legal support for all commercial leasing documentation needs.

Prior to joining Bamboo, Julie was an Implementation Specialist at a Boston-based tech startup providing customized commercial leasing software for owners of large retail and office portfolios. She was a Senior Paralegal for a Fortune Global Top 50 pharmacy innovation company and Senior Lease Analyst with the world’s largest provider of dialysis services, where she managed estoppels, SNDAs, commencement letters for all locations and performed legal research for new projects. At a northeastern regional bank, Julie supported Property Services, managing the real estate documentation life cycle for all bank branches, in-store and ATM locations in the bank’s fifteen state footprint, and was responsible for the filing of federal and state banking licenses.

As a south city St. Louis native, Julie attended Saint Louis University. She also is a licensed paralegal with a certification in real estate law.
