Professional Career
Jaimie Mansfield serves as General Counsel for Bamboo Equity Partners. She oversees all corporate legal matters, focusing on the company’s core business in solving complex real estate challenges and creating opportunities for its investors. She provides key legal support and advice to the company, from assisting with the purchase and sale of the company’s assets down to the development and establishment of tenancies therein.
Prior to joining Bamboo, Jaimie was a partner in private practice at an Am Law 200 law firm, with offices across the country and in the United Kingdom. She was a member of the firm’s Financial Services and Real Estate Services practice group, assisting clients in several real estate matters concerning land acquisition, land use and zoning, state/county/city/municipal permitting, leasing, landlord-tenant disputes and other real estate-related litigation. Jaimie also represented both condemnors and condemnees in matters and proceedings for projects spanning multiple counties, to those that involved a single parcel of land.
Jaimie attended Creighton University, where she played Division I soccer and graduated cum laude, before attending the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. Upon graduation from law school, Jaimie moved back home to St. Louis and quickly merged her professional career with her philanthropic interests centering on helping youth, such as participating in the Missouri Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis’ annual Motion for Kids and United Way’s annual pledge drives. In 2020, Jaimie was the Chair of her firm’s United Way campaign, raising well over six figures for United Way associated charities across the nation. Jaimie also founded her previous firm’s Parent Resource Group, which provided support for employees in all matters concerning parenthood, whether just becoming parents, struggling to become parents or taking care of aging or ailing parents. She was a committee member of the firm’s Women’s Inclusion Committee, as well as its Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee.
