The repositioning process unfolded with no significant challenges. Leasing velocity fell slightly short of initial projections, but rent increases exceeded expectations, ultimately driving performance beyond the initial proforma. The portfolio was successfully sold above initial projections, showcasing the success of strategic enhancements and market expertise of the bamboo team.

At Hanley 1, we executed tenant improvement (TI) work to customize spaces for new occupants.
