After the previous owner neglected providing tenant improvements and building renovations, Bamboo Equity Partners™ willingly took on the challenge of redeveloping the property tailored to the needs of modern office tenants. Despite its prime location, the property was underperforming relative to comparable assets.
The property required extensive renovations and a committed owner to enhance occupancy. While other investors saw this office as a burdensome redevelopment project for minimal returns, we recognized an undervalued asset with significant upside to be an innovative St. Louis office space.
