Bamboo Equity Partners has acquired 11700 Olive Boulevard, a two-story, 32,000-square-foot retail building situated on 3.08 acres in Creve Coeur, Missouri. The property benefits from exceptional visibility along Olive Boulevard seeing over 40,000 vehicles per day and offers immediate access to I-270.

As part of the acquisition, Bamboo also secured 1.81 acres of adjacent land primed for future development. With Creve Coeur’s retail market experiencing high demand and limited inventory, the property presents a compelling opportunity for strategic upgrades and new tenant attraction.

Bamboo plans to reposition the asset through a focused value-add approach, with both cosmetic and functional capital improvements on the horizon.
