We are pleased to announce sale of 1699 Phoenix Parkway in Atlanta, GA suburb of College Park. Bamboo purchased the building on the Ten X auction platform and held it for a year while negotiating multiple lease and purchase offers. The building was sold to Bethany Christian Services this week. Bamboo was Represented by King Industrial, a CORFAC affiliate. This sale is a testament of Bamboo's creative capital structure as well as ability to see opportunity in undervalued buildings. With its location right next to Atlanta International Airport, Bamboo capitalized on its ability to close on an asset quickly and reposition it to sell to an end user.
