We are pleased to announce the sale of 11022 Manchester Road here in St. Louis, MO!

Bamboo purchased the building in January of this year with plans to make capital improvements and re-tenant the building at a market rate. The demand for owner/users was found in the market to be much higher than anticipated so it was decided to shift gears and pursue an owner/user opportunity.
