Closing Announcement: 505 Missouri Avenue, St. Roberts, MO

Bamboo Equity Partners is pleased to announce the closing of ± 3.03 ACs in St. Robert, MO for the development of a ± 11,684 SF build-to-suit early childhood education center. The facility would be operated by Guidepost Montessori, a subsidiary of California-based Higher Ground Education, who will be entering in to a 20-year NNN lease on development. The site was chosen due to the proximity to Fort Leonard Wood located on the main thoroughfare to the U.S. Army base.
