As our second Atlanta-area flex-industrial acquisition, we are drawn to the market’s robust investment opportunities and economic outlook. We plan to make capital improvements to the 22,876 sq. ft. building, which sits on 3.82 acres, then lease the flex-industrial building to a single tenant.
