Todd Spitzer is the Vice President of Asset Management at Bamboo Equity PartnersTM. Todd’s primary responsibilities are bringing the asset business plans to fruition and working with the capital markets team for all financing needs on the Bamboo portfolio. He also works on successful deal analysis to include underwriting and onboarding to ensure Bamboo “buys right” and “hit the ground running” once Bamboo closes on a new asset.

Todd brings to Bamboo 11 years of industry experience on both the user and asset side with documented success in new business development, site analysis and underwriting, leasing, construction management and contract negotiation. A graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia, Todd earned his B.S. with an emphasis in Finance and Banking. He is also a licensed Missouri Real Estate Salesperson.

Todd is currently a part of the St. Louis Association of Realtors as a board member.
