Dan Merlo is a Founder and Principal of Bamboo Equity PartnersTM. Dan specializes in leasing, sales, tenant representation and design-build projects for industrial and office clients.
Dan has over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. He is a licensed broker in both Missouri and Illinois. During his career, Dan has accrued over $2 billion in lease and sales transactions, totaling over 35 million square feet of industrial, office and retail space.
Dan attended Saint Louis University, where he played Division 1 soccer. He is still active in the Saint Louis University community as a board member of the Billiken Soccer Club, as well as a current board member of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) St. Louis. He is involved with his church, St. Catherine Laboure, as well as a member of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul.
