Bamboo Equity Partners is pleased to announce its acquisition of 1241 Ambassador Boulevard. The 58,631 square foot single tenant warehouse is 100% leased to 2020 Exhibits, a St. Louis based event management company. This was an off-market deal sold by a local owner.

Bamboo continues to feel strong about the Saint Louis industrial market, particularly the pockets of warehousing located within residential areas.
