Bamboo Equity Partners acquired 1297 N Highway Drive in Fenton, Missouri at the end of August 2021. The property consists of 255,592 square feet of industrial space atop 17.1 acres, which is a rare find in the prominent St. Louis submarket.
The Fenton industrial submarket has attracted numerous high-profile developments, including Fenton Logistics Park, a $250 million redevelopment of the former Chrysler plant located just a quarter of a mile from Bamboo’s new property. 1297 N Highway Drive boasts several acres of paved outside storage and immediate access to I-44. The building is 83% occupied to four tenants.
The acquisition of 1297 N Highway Drive is Bamboo’s eighth purchase in St. Louis this year. Bamboo has continued to show its belief in St. Louis’ industrial market.
