On Thursday, November 19, 2020, Bamboo Equity Partners™ acquired two industrial buildings totaling 40,000 SF at 820-860 Hanley Industrial Court. These buildings are part of Bamboo’s Hanley Industrial portfolio, an expansion on 3 buildings acquired back in August of this year; the portfolio now contains over 100k SF of industrial flex space.

The central St. Louis submarket has record low vacancy rates and is the only small industrial market in the center of St. Louis. This $2.9 million acquisition, will be undergoing extensive renovations along with the other properties in this portfolio, located at 290,1265,1300-1314 Hanley Industrial Court and 1326 Strassner Drive.
