Bamboo Closes on Two Chesterfield Restaurant Properties

Bamboo Equity acquired two restaurant properties near the Chesterfield Mall. The former Bacana Brasil restaurant and Bishop’s Post, located at 16123 and 16125 Chesterfield Parkway West were purchased for $2.6 million. These are the first restaurant properties acquired by Bamboo.
Bishop’s Post will remain a restaurant, while the former Bacana space will be redeveloped into an office property. At 8,000 SF, the company is in talks with a tenant to lease the entire building. Both of the properties will be long-term holds for the company, as the mall will be a great location in future years will the development plans to come.
“There’s a great energy in this area of Chesterfield again after several years of stagnation, making this an exciting acquisition for Bamboo,” explains Founder and Managing Principal, Dan Dokovic.
