The 53,304 square foot industrial property sits on 2.4 acres and is located in the highly desirable mid-county submarket in St. Louis, Missouri. 1160 Research Boulevard boasts many unique features and is one of the few industrial buildings in the area that is 100% climate controlled.

The property is currently 100% triple net leased to Copper Peak Logistics, a third-party wine logistics company. The acquisition marks Bamboo’s second property in their Micro Opportunity Fund II, LP.
