Acquired by Bamboo Equity Partners™ in 2018, the property on N. New Ballas Road was an outdated and overlooked office space. Where others saw a conventional office environment with little potential, we had a vision for its bright atrium lobby and workspaces. With a goal of creating a premier office for younger generations to thrive and work, as well as providing value to our investors, we used a strategic, value-add approach to elevate the look and feel of the space and attract new tenants. Our building updates included monument and directional signage, a new energy management system, landscaping, a new roof / skylight system and a lobby redesign that transformed an underutilized area into a thriving collaborative space. Our upgrades did not end with the building. We worked closely with the City of Creve Coeur and local artist Grace McCammond to create a mural outside of the building which would bring the new, bright aesthetic of the interiors outside for the entire community to enjoy.
