With a goal of holding onto the assets to generate long-term, stable cash flow for investors, we quickly updated common spaces including lobbies and shared conference rooms. Bringing natural light, lounge seating, original artwork and neutral design elements allowed us to transform the dated space, increasing value and securing tenants.
