Ballas Place Sale Highlights the Value Add of Bamboo

The sale of Ballas Place represents the essence of what Bamboo Equity Partners strives to deliver to our clients and customers. The Ballas Place project epitomizes the additional value we provide through collaboration within our sister companies to reinvigorate spaces. The metamorphosis of the 77,000 square foot office building was far from conventional – utilizing tools that range from augmented reality glasses for property tours, to a local painter who turned an eyesore retaining wall into a showpiece mural.
“I can’t tell you the dramatic change that’s been made since Bamboo and Intelica have partnered in the success of this building. I’m proud to be a tenant in this building now. Before, I wasn’t at all,” says Gerry Ricken, founder and CEO of Ricken Financial. Gerry isn’t the only one who noticed the dramatic transformation of the Ballas Place building in West County, St. Louis. Tenants, area business leaders, and locals are raving about the renovation that broker Joel Meyer describes as a “building with a Class A look and feel, with a Class B price point.”
Take a listen to Joel Meyer, Alice C. Benner, and Dan Dokovic of Bamboo discuss how this sale represents the heart of Bamboo Equity’s investment strategy by watching the video here.
