Bamboo Equity Partners closed on its first acquisition in the state of Ohio. The property, 999 Oberlin Road in Massillon, Ohio, is located just 60 miles south of Cleveland. The 189,881 square foot manufacturing facility is 100% leased to RW Screw, a highly diversified precision machining company.  

The property is absolute net leased through August 31, 2036. The purchase marks the sixthsingle tenant net leased property in Bamboo’s rapidly growing NNN industrial fund.
