In our first acquisition for the Micro Opportunity Fund II, Bamboo Equity Partners™ has purchased four industrial/flex buildings in Charlotte, North Carolina. This portfolio, located at 4508-4526 Westinghouse Boulevard, are a combined 47,680 SF and are 100% occupied.
“Population and industry growth has had a positive impact in Charlotte, even during COVID, with 60 people day moving into the Charlotte area. This market will be an area of focus for Bamboo in the future, with more acquisitions to come,” explains Alice Benner, Principal and Managing Director of Bamboo.
This off-market acquisition is near the Charlotte-Douglas International airport, a selling point for Bamboo, but also part of a strategy for the firm. “We’re looking for infrastructure and connectivity with future deals,” Dokovic said.
