Bamboo Makes First Out-of-Town Acquisition

Bamboo Equity Partners™ made its first acquisition outside of the St. Louis Market on September 30th. The 12,000 SF office property in Atlanta is the first of many acquisitions planned as part of Bamboo’s new corporate real estate solution – sale lease-backs.
In sale lease-backs, a company sells its real estate to an investor like Bamboo Equity Partners™ for cash and simultaneously enters into a new lease on the property. The seller of the Atlanta property is MNX Global Logistics, a mission-critical facility located next to Atlanta airport. MNX is leasing 100% of the space.

Bamboo Equity Partners™ is outpacing previous years’ activity and has a lot of equity to deploy. Making a name for being a reliable, transparent and honest buyer, BEP has created trust with investors and has been attracting more capital.
“We’re excited about the potential we’re seeing around the country,” Principal, Dan Dokovic said. “We’re finding deals that prior to COVID we may not have gotten because the market was so active.”
