Bamboo Equity Partners™ Completes Corporate Real Estate Transaction in St. Louis MSA

Bamboo Equity Partners™, through its Corporate Real Estate Solution Initiative, announced its acquisition and simultaneous leaseback to Missouri Valley Glass Co., Inc. of a 30,240 square foot industrial facility at 3080 Elm Point Industrial Drive.
Located in O’Fallon, Missouri, a suburb of St. Louis, Missouri, Valley Glass Company, Inc. provides glass installation and has been in business since 1986. The company offers doors, windows and curtain walls, as well as glass handrails.
The facility is well located with easy access and close proximity to Hwy 370 and I-70 to the South. Bamboo sister company, Intelica CRE, will take over the property management of the facility as well.
