Bamboo Equity Partners has closed on the purchase of 1133 Pine Street.

The building was built in 1902 and is currently on the National Registry of Historic Places. Bamboo Equity Partners plans to redevelop the former 28,182 square foot office building into over 20 high-end apartments.  A unique feature of this downtown gem is the surface lot for residential parking.  Located just one block from St. Louis University’s Law School, the purchase marks Bamboo’s second office to multifamily redevelopment in the city.
