Bamboo Equity Partners has recently announced its most recent acquisition of 11969-11975 Westline Industrial Drive. The property, referred to as The Crossings at Westport, is a two-story office building consisting of 120,960 square feet.
Situated in St. Louis’ premier Westport submarket, The Crossings boasts close proximity to Westport Plaza and numerous Fortune 500 headquarters. Bamboo’s plan is to attract strategic tenants to increase occupancy, currently at 71% at the time of acquisition, through strategic capital improvements to both the interior and exterior of the building. Bamboo has engaged a local brokerage team in Intelica CRE to drive activity to the site.
“Our team is excited about our newest acquisition in the Westport area. We are extremely bullish on the area,” said Principal and Managing Director Alice C. Benner. “Our team is ready to implement our business plan to make this property a prominent office destination which will offer abundant parking, modern suites and updated common areas.”
The acquisition marks Bamboo Equity Partners’ 10th purchase in the area, including their new HQ that was purchased earlier this year. CoStar lists Bamboo as “top player” in the highly sought-after submarket
